Request software for a faculty/staff computer, classroom computer or in a student computer lab.

Standard Features

  • Assistance with submitting EULA, Terms and Conditions, Contracts and other documents to General Counsel for review
  • Assistance with installation of software

Roles and Responsibilities

User Responsibilities:

Provide details related to the request including:

  • Device names and locations of computer(s)
  • Software being requested

Service Provider Responsibilities:

  • Provide price quote from appropriate vendor
  • Schedule date for installation
  • Follow up with submitter via phone to confirm successful installation

Service Audience

ISU Faculty and Staff.

Service Pricing

Pricing is contingent upon the software being requested and quantity of licenses needed.
