MyISU Introduction

• Note: Watch this helpful introduction video about MyISU, the portal used by nearly all ISU students and staff. It walks you through everything from checking class schedules and accessing your ISU ID to exploring the full range of campus resources, making it easy to get started.

• Select the MyISU button in the Quick Links Resource section on the ISU homepage.
• Go directly to the MyISU portal.

• For Students:

  • Register for classes
  • View class schedules
  • Check financial aid steps
  • Contact advisors
  • Access other student resources

• For Staff:

  • Submit and view timesheets
  • Access the employee dashboard
  • Use Banner tools
  • Join Zoom meetings
  • Access other staff resources

Note: Information in MyISU is organized into cards on the homepage. You can search for cards or mark them as favorites for quicker access.

Log In to MyISU

1. Log into MyISU with your ISU Username and Password
   • If you do not know your ISU Username or Password, select Forgot Username or Forgot Password
2. Select Sign in
3. Approve Login using the DUO mobile app or hardware token

Log Out of MyISU

1. In MyISU, navigate to your Account
2. Select Sign Out
3. Close your Browser

1. Select All Cards or the magnifying glass on mobile devices.
2. On the next page, use the Find Cards search bar to locate the card you need.

1. Locate the Bookmark icon on the top right of a card.
2. Select the Bookmark icon to favorite the card.
   • Notes:
     • The card will then appear on your MyISU home page for easy access
     • Select the bookmark icon again to remove the card from your favorites.

1. Your ISU ID (also called your Bengal ID) is displayed on the ISU Account ID and Account Management card on your MyISU home page.
   • Note: The card is fixed in place, so it will always be easy to find.

1. Select My Account link.
2. Locate the Personal Information card
3.  Select Personal Information Self Service.
   • You can update your information as needed, including:
     • Email address.
     • Phone number.
     • Mailing address.
     • Other personal details.

ISU does not provide unofficial transcripts. Academic transcripts are available only for use by advisors during class advising.

• To request an official transcript, go to the Student Records card in the Academics tab on MyISU.
