  • It allows easy tagging for figures.
  • It uses styles to define header rows.
  • Using the axesWord plugin on a word file before exporting can make the file 100% compliant without working in acrobat at all.

axesPDF

  • Has the PAC checker built into it.
  • Can automatically artifact non-tagged content under the content tab.
  • Can add a PDF / UA identifier in the extras tab.
  • In the logical structure tree, you can select elements and right click > enclose elements based on tag order.
  • Logical structure > add note IDs.
  • Properties tab > adjust bounding box sizes.
  • Viewer > table > properties.
  • Rebuild structural parent tree.
