Change the Zoom Room Display View

Description

This article provides instructions on how to change the display view on a Zoom room system during a meeting at Idaho State University (ISU).

  • Note: When not using a Zoom Meeting, all of the displays in a Zoom Room will show the selected content.

Change the Display View

  1. On the Zoom Controller, open the In-Meeting Controls page. 
  2. Select View.
  3. Identify the display number (1 or 2).
  4. On the Zoom controller, select the display you want to change. 
  5. Select the desired display view. 

Available Display Views

The available options may include:
  • Speaker
  • Thumbnail
  • Gallery
  • Multi-speaker
  • Self View
  • Shared Content
  • Thumbnail and Share

Note: Available display views may vary depending on the Zoom Room configuration and what is currently happening in the meeting.
