Note: Users with an active Employee attribute (Full-time Faculty and Staff) are automatically provisioned with an ISU Zoom License when they sign into Zoom via SSO. Please review the other sections for Adjunct Faculty and Students needing an ISU Zoom License.
An adjunct faculty member requiring a Temporary ISU Zoom License for academic use can enable an ISU Zoom License by using Zoom in their Canvas course.
The Zoom license is valid for one year; licenses are reset in August between the end of the Summer semester and the start of the Fall semester
Note: To re-enable a Zoom license, launch the Zoom activity in your Canvas Course.
Students requiring a Temporary ISU Zoom License for academic use can self-enroll in the Moodle ISU course: Temporary ISU Zoom Licensed Account
