Trouble Connecting To TigerNet on Chromebook Fix

Issue / Question

In the case where a Chromebook fails to connect to TigerNet through Wi-Fi, the following steps can be used in order to connect:

    • Staff 
    • Students
  1. Click on the Internet Access button on the taskbar
  2. Select TigerNet from the menu
  3. Select EAP method as PEAP
  4. Select Phase 2 authentication as MSCHAPv2
  5. Select Server CA certificate as None or Do not authenticate
  6. Type your identity as your ISU username
  7. Type your password as your ISU password
  8. Leave Anonymous Identity blank
