Resolution
If you have forgotten your Microsoft Office 365 password and have already registered at least one alternate authentication method, you can reset your password yourself. 
Reset Password
  2. Type Idaho State University Email
  3. Click Forgot my password
  4. Type characters or words in the audio
  5. Click Next
  6. Select Recovery Method for Account Verification
  7. Click Next
  8. Type a new password
  9. Type a new password Confirmation
  10. Select Finish
Note: Your password has now been reset. You will receive an email warning that your password has been reset.
Sign into Office 365
  2. Type Email
  3. Click Next
  4. Type Password
  5. Click Sign In
