Setting up/Changing your Account Claim Email and Phone Number

If you are needing to change/update either your Account Claim Email or your Mobile Phone Number

Instructions

  1. Login using your ISU username and password
  2. Approve login through the DUO mobile app or hardware token
  3. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner (top tabs)
  4. Select My Profile tab
  5. Find the Account Claim Email box in the third column. 
  6. Enter a non-ISU email that can be used to verify your account.
  7. In the Mobile Phone box, enter a cell phone number that can be used to verify your account. 
  8. Once you have entered the changes, click SUBMIT at the bottom. 
We also recommend regularly reviewing and updating your Security Questions and changing your password as additional measures to help keep your identity secure.
