Instructions
Temporary Accounts
	-

Generic lab login accounts are designed for one-time use during any given class period.

	-

Once the account password is set and tested by ITS, the username/password is given to the responsible party to disseminate among class members.

Responsible Parties
	-

The person requesting the temp account is responsible for disseminating the login credentials to the students and tracking which user is seated at any particular station.

	-

	-

Requests must be made between 7 AM and 4 PM on weekdays and at least 24 hours beforehand. ETS is responsible for processing the request.

		-

Note: Temporary Lab Accounts that also require printing may take longer to process and should be submitted at least three days before the event.

Important Notes
Post-event duties
	-

After the reserved class has been completed, reset the password to a new random password, ensuring the temporary login previously created can no longer be used.

	-

If the username and password were written on the whiteboard, a Lab employee must erase the username and password off the whiteboard once the class has concluded.
