Security Questions

Part of the Account Claim process will be to answer some questions so you can reset your password online anytime.  The system will ask you to answer five questions out of 20 question options.

Why 5 Security Questions?
  • Don't worry; we won't ever ask you to answer all five questions to claim your password.  The system will ask you to answer two of the five questions if you forget your password.  Suppose you can't remember your answers to those two. In that case, we still have another three questions we can offer up, which greatly increases your chances of remembering your answers, thus being able to reclaim your password and get back to business.
  • Ideally, you should choose questions and answers that others don't readily know.  (For example, if everyone knows about your amazing dog, Rover, we recommend not choosing the question that asks your pet's name.)
