Signing into Zoom Room
 
After installation, Your Logitech Rally bar will need to be assigned a Zoom Room License. Please contact ITRC for assistance with purchasing and licensing.

Controlling Zoom Room via Desktop or laptop
 
- With Tap IP control panel
     Tap IP will ask for a pairing code that can be found in the top right corner of the display attached to the Rally Bar.
 
- With Zoom Sharing 
  •  Sign into your Zoom application 
  • Click the Pair icon to the left of your profile picture Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  • Enter the sharing Key found in the top Right of the display connected to the Rally BarUploaded Image (Thumbnail)

 -  With Zoom Rooms Controller App   -This will be like using Tap IP but from your desktop or laptop

  • Click Apps found in the navigation bar for ZoomUploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  • Select Zoom Rooms Controller 
  • Click Control Nearby Room
  • Enter Sharing Key
  • Click OK

Concluding a meeting will un-pair automatically from Zoom Rooms Controller App. A new Sharing Code with be provided for future connections. 

Adding calendar event for Room
 
     -  With the creation of a Zoom Room license you will given access to share and manage sharing of the Zoom Rooms dedicated calendar.
 
Adding events
  • Create time block on calendar 
  • hover over rooms in the location section and clickUploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  • Paste zoom share link    OR    Click Browse all rooms & resources Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  • Navigate to your buildings drop down menu
  • Select your room from listed available options. 
  • Fill out event details as normal. The event will now be on the upcoming events list on both the Tap IP and Zoom Room Controller App
