  • the URL directly to the media artifact

You will also need to grant our account (captioning@isu.edu) to access your account- either in GDrive, YouTube, or Box. We already have access to the Panopto system.

When

Our team processes a lot of content throughout the week. We perform these services to courses where students with accommodations have need. If you have received a notification email from us, you don't need to submit a request. Feel free to read about what it is we do within courses page.

If you are a proactive educator with content you would like processed before you share your content, Kudos to you! We do want to perform this service for you. Please submit your course information via our form.

If you are needing services for your non-academic content, we will add your request to our processing list too. From Presidential Address, to program spotlight, we can get this done within a reasonable amount of time. Please submit your deadline sensitive request early so that we have reserved your need in our queue.

How

Unlike Willie Wonka's Factory or Keebler, we don't have an army of little people or elves. However, we do have a staff of ISU students. They still make the magic happen with a variety of digital tools, and in some cases various forms of food and treats. Our dedication is to provide this service to fellow individuals here at ISU. We greatly appreciate them in all they do.

We look forward to working on your request. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we process these media.
