Configuring ISU's Email (Gmail) on an iOS Device (iPhone, iPad, iPod)

How do I access my ISU email on my IOS device?

Resolution
You can automatically or manually set up an email account in the Mail app on your iOS device. Learn which option is best for you.
Configuring Gmail on iOS
  1. Go to Settings
  2. Tap Add Account
    • Add an Account
  3. Select Google as an email provider
  4. Type your Gmail address (username@isu.edu)
  5. Select Next
  6. Type Password
  7. Click Next
    • Note: It will ask you which Gsuite apps you want to sync. When finished, turn off the things you don’t want to sync and click Save in the upper-right corner.
Configuring Gmail using the Gmail app
  1. On your iPhone, iPod or iPad, open the Gmail app, then select Menu
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select your account (username@isu.edu)
  4. Select Manage Your Google Account
  5. Click Personal Info
  6. Select the Password located under the profile
  7. Type New Password
  8. Select Change Password
Note: You may need to download the Gmail app from the App Store
