How to configure your ISU Gmail on Android and iOS devices.

Configuring Gmail using the Gmail app

Select Menu on your iPhone, iPod, or iPad, and open the Gmail app.
Select Settings
Select your account (username@isu.edu)
Select Manage Your Google Account
- If you don't use Gmail, go to myaccount.google.com
Select Personal Info
Select the Password located under the profile
Type New Password
Select Change Password
- Note: You may need to download the Gmail app from the App Store.

Configuring Gmail on iOS

Go to Settings
Tap Add Account
- Add an Account
Select Google as an email provider
Type your Gmail address (username@isu.edu)
Select Next
Type Password
Click Next
- Note: It will ask you which G Suite apps you want to sync. When finished, turn off the things you don’t want to sync and click Save in the upper-right corner.

Open the App Drawer
- Note: Depending on your version of Android, this can be done by swiping up from the dock or tapping the App Drawer icon.
Tap Settings
Select Accounts and backup
Select Manage accounts
Select Add account
Select Google
Enter Password, fingerprint, or pattern if prompted
Enter your Gmail address (username@isu.edu) on the Add your account prompt
Tap Next
Type your Password
Tap Next
Select Agree on the Terms of Service page
Tap add your credit card if you want to add a payment method
Select No thanks not to add a payment method
Tap Google to see the accounts you have added or deleted.
