Resolution
Configuring Gmail on a standard Android device, steps for different devices may vary. 
Configuration Instructions
  1. Open the App Drawer
    • Note: Depending on your version of Android, this can be done by swiping up from the dock or tapping the App Drawer icon.
  2. Tap Settings
  3. Select Accounts and backup
  4. Select Manage accounts
  5. Select Add account
  6. Select Google
  7. Enter Password, fingerprint, or pattern if prompted
  8. Enter your Gmail address (username@isu.edu) on the Add your account prompt
  9. Tap Next
  10. Type your Password
  11. Tap Next
  12. Select Agree on the Terms of Service page
  13. Tap add your credit card if you want to add a payment method
  14. Select No thanks not to add a payment method
  15. Tap Google to see the accounts you have added or deleted.
