Request troubleshooting assistance for any of Idaho State University's wireless networks.

Troubleshoot problems with connection, coverage, or speed of Idaho State University's wireless networks.

Roles and Responsibilities

User Responsibilities:

Provide details related to the request including:

  • What wireless network they are trying to connect to
  • MAC Address of the device
  • Building and location the problem was being experienced
  • Description of the problem 
  • Operating system of the device connecting
  • Wireless card and driver information

Service Provider Responsibilities:

  • Assist with troubleshooting customers connection to wireless network
  • Communicate with user via email to ensure successful resolution

Service Audience

Wireless Network troubleshooting is available for any ISU wireless network user.
