Click the Access Removal Request (black button) and complete the form with the required details.
Details 
Submit a request to remove an employee’s system access following a change in job duties or employment termination. This ensures that access permissions remain up-to-date and secure.
  • Access to employee accounts and university IT resources generally ends on the last day of employment.
  • Supervisors may request the transfer of University IT resources to another employee before the departing employee leaves.
