Service Description
There is an on-campus Electronics Repair and Service shop which offers repair for broken computer hardware, monitors, etc. The shop also operates as a fully qualified Dell warranty service center.

Roles and Responsibilities
User Responsibilities:
- The User needs to fill out the required form.
Service Provider Responsibilities:
- The request is received and handled appropriately.
Service Audience
PC Repair can be requested by any ISU Faculty or Staff.
Service Pricing
This service is provided at no additional charge for equipment with an active maintenance agreement.
In the absence of an active maintenance agreement, the cost of PC Repair is estimated at $45 an hour.
