Roles and Responsibilities
User Responsibilities
- Identifies the regulatory reason or compelling business need for the patch/upgrade.
- Tests the functionality of the upgrade/patch.
- Provides functional acceptance/sign-off is to apply upgrade/patch in the production environment.
Service Provider Responsibilities
- Evaluates the dependencies and release information, such as functional and technical enhancements.
- Proposes an implementation schedule based on the needs of the functional data custodian(s).
