Details

Request custom cards, content updates, or new links for the MyISU Portal. This form is for non-urgent changes and is reviewed regularly, with priority based on campus-wide impact. Not all requests are guaranteed immediate action.
  • Note: MyISU is designed as a central access point and is not a reporting tool itself, though it can provide links to external reporting systems. Therefore, requests to embed reports or dashboards directly within MyISU will not be approved.

If your request concerns a malfunction, technical issue, or a broken feature within MyISU, please do not use this form. Instead, contact the IT Service Desk directly at help@isu.edu to report the problem so it can be addressed promptly.
