Service Description 

Click the MyISU Change Request (black button) and complete the form with the required details.

Details

Submit a request to add custom cards, update existing content, or include new links in the MyISU Portal. This form is used for managing and enhancing the portal’s content and features to serve ISU users better.
  • Note: MyISU is designed as a central access point and is not a reporting tool itself, though it can provide links to external reporting systems. Therefore, requests to embed reports or dashboards directly within MyISU will not be approved.
Important
This request form is specifically for non-urgent, non-break-fix changes and enhancements. All submissions are reviewed on a regular, scheduled basis, and prioritization is based on the overall impact and need across the university community. Consequently, not all requests may result in immediate or any changes.
  • Note: If your request concerns a malfunction, technical issue, or a broken feature within MyISU, please do not use this form. Instead, contact the IT Service Desk directly at: help@isu.edu to report the problem so it can be addressed promptly.
