  • Ensure active network connection at the desired location
  • Provide details related to the request including:
    • Printer location
    • What devices need to be connected to the printer
Service Provider Responsibilities
  • Configure printer with ISU's network
  • Connect requested devices to the printer and ensure proper printing functionality
  • Follow up with the submitter via phone to confirm successful installation and setup
