QuickBooks, offered by Intuit, provides free access to its desktop and online versions for students and professors at educational institutions.
- For Professors: Intuit provides educators with a complimentary, non-expiring license to QuickBooks Online Accountant Edition, which includes QuickBooks Plus features.
- For Students: Eligible students receive a 12-month access to QuickBooks Online Plus. After one year, they can re-register as long as they are still students.
