Scheduling a Zoom Meeting for Use in a Zoom Room

Description

This article provides instructions on how to request a Zoom Meeting for use in an ISU Zoom Room.

Request a Zoom Meeting for a Zoom Room

  1. Be sure to access your Zoom account at least once to ensure it is created (for more detailed instruction, see the Activate Your ISU Zoom Account TigerTracks article).
  2. Have your course prefix, section number, and course title ready.
  3. Have the campus, building, and room number for your Zoom Room classroom ready.
  4. Have your course days and times ready.
  5. Submit one Zoom Meeting and Recording for IVC Classroom Request per class held in a Zoom Room.

Important: Submitting this form does not replace the requirement to schedule your course or meeting through the Office of the Registrar or through your department's administrative staff for department-dedicated classrooms.

Faculty can request to have their IVC Classroom sessions recorded to the Zoom Cloud and post their recordings to their Moodle Course. IVC Classes are not recorded by default and will need to be requested.
