Resolution
To request Campus Work Orders
  1. Go to MyISU
  2. Type Username
  3. Type Password
  4. Sign in
  5. Approve log-in through the DUO mobile app or hardware token
  6. Click on the Employees link (far left)
  7. Select Tools from the drop-down menu
  8. Locate Form and Service Requests
  9. Click either the Facilities Work Requests or NetCom Work Order Form link in the Campus Work Orders portlet,
Submitting Facilities Work Request
  1. Click the Facilities Work Request link
    • This will direct you to ISU's Maintenance Request Form - Pocatello. 
  2. From there, you can fill out the following form.
  3. Click Submit.
Submitting a NetCom Work Order
  1. Click NetCom Work Order Form
    • This will direct you to NetCom Forms page. From there, you can decide what kind of work order you would like to place. 
  2. The first three work orders deal with telephones, networking, and hardware. If your work order relates to one of these descriptions click the link below that will help solve your problem.
  3. The last three work orders relate to the mail center. If you are moving, going on break, or would like to receive notifications, please click one of the links below.
    • Mail ForwardMoving? Let us know, and we can forward your mail.
    • Mail HoldGoing away for a while? Let us know, and we can keep your mail safe.
    • Mail NotificationWe can send you email notifications when your packages are ready to be picked up.
