  • Notes:
    • Residents in ISU Student Housing should not use the NetCom Work Order Form. For assistance, please visit the ISU Housing Resources page.
    • If your NetCom Work Order involves relocating or modifying your office space, please complete the Facilities Services Project/Space Request Form.

Google Voice

Google Voice is accessible to full-time University employees for making calls, sending texts, and checking voicemail. Users can use Google Voice to call or text domestically and internationally through a web browser, mobile device, or conventional desk phone. 
  • Notes:
    • This service has a billable charge to the department. 
    • This service requires a Telephone Privileges Request Form (TPR) with the necessary approvals and signatures before submitting a NetCom Work Order Form.
