This issue occurs when users are not using the account profile that the licensing is assigned to and can be resolved in a few ways
  • Symptoms: Unable to login to adobe, Adobe not showing license
  • Possible Causes: Missing license, incorrect login profile

Troubleshooting Adobe License Access

  1. Do I have an purchased license? 
    • Check your emails for a ticket number stating it was purchased and approved
    • If not found request Service Desk Full Time to check for the license in admin console
    • Adobe request form
  2. Am I logging under the right username/ email?
    • ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​We setup most accounts under your FirstNameLastName@isu.edu
  3. Are you logging into the correct profile?
    • Most are setup under the ISU VIP 2020 Profile, but if you had originally selected personal profile during setup it will be under that profile
