Issue
This issue occurs when users are not using the account profile that the licensing is assigned to and can be resolved in a few ways

Symptoms: Unable to login to adobe, Adobe not showing license

Possible Causes: Missing license, incorrect login profile
Troubleshooting Adobe License Access
- Do I have an purchased license?
- Check your emails for a ticket number stating it was purchased and approved
- If not found request Service Desk Full Time to check for the license in admin console
- Adobe request form
- Am I logging under the right username/ email?
- We setup most accounts under your FirstNameLastName@isu.edu
- Are you logging into the correct profile?
- Most are setup under the ISU VIP 2020 Profile, but if you had originally selected personal profile during setup it will be under that profile
