Description
The equivalent to the Moodle ISU Feedback activity is a Survey in ISU Canvas. Surveys can be used to receive graded or ungraded feedback from students.
Instructions
To add a survey to a course:

In Course Navigation, click the Quizzes link

Click the Add Quiz button

Select Classic Quizzes as the Quiz Engine

Click the Submit button

Add a survey title and instructions

Click the Quiz Type drop-down menu and select the desired survey type (Graded or Ungraded)

Select Survey Options such as the assignment group (category), survey score, and availability dates

Click the Questions tab to manually create new questions or to find existing questions

Click the Save button to save work and preview the survey

Click the Publish Button to allow students to view the survey
What will happen to Feedback when I import from Moodle ISU?
Can responses be kept anonymous?
Within surveys, responses can be kept anonymous. The anonymous option applies to both graded and ungraded surveys and can be enabled and disabled before or after survey submissions.
What types of questions are available?

In the question type drop-down menu, the following types of quiz questions are available: Multiple choice, true/false, fill-in-the-blank, fill-in-multiple blanks, multiple answers, multiple drop-down (can be used for Likert scales), matching, numerical answer, formula, essay and file upload. Can I use a Likert (Quantitative) Scale?

A Likert scale question can be created using the Multiple Dropdowns question type. See the
