The Settings page displays the following payloads: General, Microphone, Speaker, Camera, Statistics, Help, and About.
In the General payload, you can see the Room name, the Meeting ID for the Zoom Room (disabled by default), a link to the display arrangement options, an audio echo test, the Appearance (Light, Dark, or Auto), and a button to Reboot (see the article Rebooting your Zoom Room System from the Zoom Controller).
The Microphone payload displays the current volume for the microphones, a button to start a microphone test, the microphone source, and an Advanced interface for noise suppression.
The Speaker payload displays the current volume for the speakers, a button to start a speaker test, the speaker source, and an Advanced interface for spatial audio (do not use).
The Camera payload displays the selections for the Main and Multi-camera modes.
The Statistics payload displays information on the usage of the Zoom Room system, some of which may be helpful in troubleshooting issues; however, IT has access to see these reports.
The Help payload allows you to send crash reports to Zoom or alert IT to issues you are experiencing.
The About payload displays the software versions, Zoom’s Privacy Policy, and disclaimers for open source software utilized in this Zoom Room.
