Roles and Responsibilities
User Responsibilities:
Provide details related to the request including:
- What wireless network they are trying to connect to
- MAC Address of the device
- Building and location the problem was being experienced
- Description of the problem
- Operating system of the device connecting
- Wireless card and driver information
Service Provider Responsibilities:
- Assist with troubleshooting customers connection to wireless network
- Communicate with user via email to ensure successful resolution
