Report a problem with your ISU-owned computing equipment or software.

Assistance with troubleshooting and fixing problems with ISU-owned hardware and software. 
 
Roles and Responsibilities
User Responsibilities:
Provide details related to the request, including:
  • Device names and location of computer(s)
  • ISU Tag number of the computer
  • A detailed description of the problem being experienced
Service Provider Responsibilities: 
  • Troubleshoot over the phone or remote session, scheduled appointments as needed
  • Assist with submitting hardware repair requests if needed
  • Follow up with the submitter via phone to confirm the problem is successfully resolved

Service Pricing
Pricing is only applicable if a field technician is dispatched and is contingent upon how long the service request takes to resolve. Standard Desktop Support charge is $10 hourly.
