Assistance with troubleshooting and fixing problems with ISU-owned hardware and software.
Roles and Responsibilities
User Responsibilities:
Provide details related to the request, including:
- Device names and location of computer(s)
- ISU Tag number of the computer
- A detailed description of the problem being experienced
Service Provider Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot over the phone or remote session, scheduled appointments as needed
- Assist with submitting hardware repair requests if needed
- Follow up with the submitter via phone to confirm the problem is successfully resolved

Service Pricing
Pricing is only applicable if a field technician is dispatched and is contingent upon how long the service request takes to resolve. Standard Desktop Support charge is $10 hourly.
