Assistance with troubleshooting and fixing problems with ISU owned hardware and software.
Roles and Responsibilities
User Responsibilities:
Provide details related to the request including:
- Device names and location of computer(s)
- ISU Tag number of the computer
- Detailed description of problem being experienced
Service Provider Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot over the phone or remote session, scheduled appointment as needed
- Assist with submitting hardware repair request if needed
- Follow up with submitter via phone to confirm the problem is successfully resolved

ISU Faculty and Staff.
Service Pricing
Pricing is only applicable if a field technician is dispatched and is contingent upon how long the service request takes to resolve. Standard Desktop Support charge is $10 hourly.
