Request a new response template or a modification to an existing response template. Response templates are pre-formatted text that can be used in a Comment.

- Review and prioritize the new response template.
- Work with the requestor to build the response template.

- Responsible for providing details about the wording of the response template.
- Responsible for assisting in categorizing the response template.
Service Provider Responsibilities
- Prioritize the creation of the response template with other TigerTracks change requests.
- Implement as specified.
