Service Description 

Click the EMS Installation (black button) and follow the on-screen instructions on the Event Management System (EMS) Webpage to complete your installation.

Details

The EMS Desktop Client provides a powerful interface for managing and viewing room reservations, scheduling events, and accessing detailed event information.
Installation Notes
  • If your computer does not have a configuration URL saved, the EMS Web Deploy Configuration screen will appear.
  • Once installation is complete:
    • The EMS Desktop Client will launch automatically.
    • A shortcut to the EMS Application will be placed on your desktop for future use.
If you use the Event Management System (EMS) to send confirmation emails, you’ll need to set it up with the Gmail email app. This app requires an App Password, which means 2-Step Verification must be enabled on your Google account.
