Resolution
There are a few techniques the students and faculty can try before reaching out for help.
  • Search in Tigertracks for Moodle documentation
  • Clear cache and cookies on the browser (https://tigertracks.isu.edu/TDClient/1950/Portal/KB/ArticleDet?ID=65966)
  • Try a different or incognito browser
  • Try disabling all browser extensions/ plugins
  • Try a different device
  • Make sure you are logging into the correct system: Moodle ISU or Moodle ISU Community
  • Consider contacting the Service Desk

If none of these three options resolve the issue, please take the following steps:
