ITS is responsible for all telephone moves, adds, or changes.
Standard Features
Standard Service Features Include:
- Installing new telephone jacks
- Moving existing telephone jacks
- Pulling telephone cables
Roles and Responsibilities
User Responsibilities:
- The user must click "Request Service" and fills out the NetCom workorder form.
Service Provider Responsibilities:
- Review request for the telephone move, add, or change and responds appropriately.
Service Audience
Telephone moves, adds, and changes are available to any ISU faculty or staff.
Service Pricing
There is no charge for this service for ISU departments and employees. NetCom services can be requested via the NetCom workorder page.
