- Provide details related to the request including:
- Printer location
- What devices need to be connected to the printer
Service Provider Responsibilities
- Configure printer with ISU's network
- Connect requested devices to the printer and ensure proper printing functionality
- Follow up with the submitter via phone to confirm successful installation and setup
