Knowledge Base and Service Catalog Change Request

Use this form to request updates, content additions, or new tags for the TigerTracks Knowledge Base and Service Catalog. For technical issues or broken features, please get in touch with the IT Service Desk at help@isu.edu.

Duo Token Request

Request a Duo token for secure ISU account access if you don’t have a smartphone or work in areas where phones aren’t allowed.

JMP Software Request

Request access to JMP statistical analysis software for academic research. ISU students, faculty, and researchers can complete the request form to receive installation files and a license. Optional in-person installation help is available at the ITS service locations in Pocatello, Idaho Falls, Meridian, and Twin Falls.
