Service Description
Register a device on DeviceNet using our self-service portal.
Standard Features
- Visit the Device Portal.
- Use your ISU username and password to log into the Portal and follow the instructions.
- Enter the MAC (hardware address) for the device's wireless card.
- Enter a brief description of the device and location.
- Click Submit.
Roles and Responsibilities
User Responsibilities:
- The User needs to use the Device Portal in the way outlined above.
Service Provider Responsibilities:
- DeviceNet is provided for devices that cannot connect using 802.1x authentication.
Service Audience
This service is offered to ISU faculty, staff, and students.
Service Pricing
This service is provided at no additional charge.
