Technology Resource Guide

Information Technology Services provides tools and resources to help you effectively utilize technology. The following resource guide offers a quick link to various technology tools available at Idaho State University.

Access Requests

Employee Technology Accounts: Request Box, Email, VPN, Wireless/Labs, Banner, and Argos
Firewall: Add or change firewall rules
VPN: Request Virtual Private Network (VPN) access.

Service Requests

Adobe Request: Create, edit, share, scan, and sign digital documents for work purposes
Argos Request: Reporting tool that pulls information from the Banner system
ISU Directory Update: Form used to update your ISU Directory Listing
Moodle Request: ISU's online learning system for academic courses
Single Number Reach: Forward your desk phone to a remote phone (e.g., cell phone, home phone)
Telephone Add-Change-Move Form: Install new telephone jacks, move existing ones, or pull telephone cables
Telephone Privilege Request Form (TPR): Required approval for recurring telephone-related charges
